- If your order hasn’t been packed yet, we’ll cancel it in a snap — no fees, no fuss.
- If your order’s already in motion (packed or shipped), it can’t be cancelled.
✨ Pro tip: Just refuse delivery when it shows up. Once it floats back to our warehouse, we’ll process your refund deducting return shipping costs.

To keep things crystal clear and fair, we highly recommend you film a quick unboxing video the moment your package lands.
Why? Because if something’s off — missing, broken, or not-so-perfect — this video is your proof of vibes gone wrong.
📸 Your unboxing video must show:
- The sealed parcel with the shipping label visible
- The entire unboxing journey (no pauses or edits)
- The items inside as they are unpacked
No video = no refund/replacement, unfortunately. We know it sounds strict, but it keeps everything fair for both sides.
🎬 Feeling creative?
You can totally spice things up and upload your edited unboxing video — fav songs, emojis, your lovely face and all — to our Social Section. We love seeing your vibe and how you unwrap the magic!

We’ll handle the rest—whether that’s a fresh replacement or a smooth refund.

⚖️ Cancellation & Return Charges
Because shipping costs us (and the planet), here’s the minimal energy exchange:
- ₹** deduction for cancelled orders after they’ve been processed
- ₹** deduction for returns (a.k.a. RTOs — Return To Origin) where delivery was refused
